Every week, participants will get access to recorded audios to be listened to every day for the recommended duration. The content for each week is different and is designed to build up to the change and transformation goal.
A PDF workbook to support the work being done via the hypnosis will be released each week. Participants are expected to spend 15-30 minutes each week on this workbook.
Four progress Zoom calls will be provided for extra support. These calls will be scheduled for the end of Weeks 1, 4,7, and 10.
Participants have access to ALL programme material for four weeks after the end of programme. This is to allow for catching up if the participant has not been able to regularly follow the schedule.
